Your heald needs to be treated with an specialist lol a doctor, so, you must do exercise, eat vegetables, protein, fruits, etc, and obviously percevere. Maybe the different countries, states and continents has different and variate ways to cure and help or resolved your bad health. WAYS TO HAVE BETTER HEALTH  Acupunture: In this method the doctor puts needles in your body points, the cure it’s slowly but effective you need to assist  to 12 or more sessions.  Diets and exercise: this is one of the best modes to cure your bad health because the doctor gives you an especial diet for your type of body and do especial routines of exercise Surgical operations: in this is the bad way, why? Because you don’t resolve your health, just change the esthetic body.
